Initial 3-month program = $385
Program renewals are never mandatory.
•Evaluation of current training/exercise routine
•3-month running program and run-specific strength training program
•Instructional session on running form
•Weekly track/speed workouts, occasionally filmed (typically Wed night in Bethesda + Thurs night in Arlington)
•Instruction in dynamic warmup drills to help with running form
•Access to Members Only page and relevant training documents
•Discounts/ Partnerships with local running stores, masseuses, physical therapists & more (see Home page)
•Critical re-evaluation of progress every 3 months before starting a new phase of training
•Your training will naturally vary in terms of frequency, duration, and intensity as the months progress
•Unlike all other endurance coaches, you'll get unlimited phone and e-mail interaction
