For those interested in the 3-Month Training Programs:
•include a brief statement about your background in athletics/exercise
•include a statement about what you hope to achieve by having a coach
•include contact information
2. You will be contacted within 48 hours to begin formulating a plan.
3. You will have an initial 1-hour meeting with your coach to:
•finish up any Q&A not covered in the first phone call
•outline how the training will progress throughout the year
•review running form and dynamic stretching
4. You will receive the first 3 months of your Training Program!
At this time, you (or legal guardian) will read and sign a waiver.
You and your coach will agree on the starting date of your program.
All other inquiries regarding Running 101 or Strength Training Sessions should be initiated with an e-mail briefly stating the goals, athletics/exercise background, and availability of the individual(s).
