Strength Training sessions 
2 people = $55/person per session/hour
•This option is suitable for both new and experienced athletes, as there is always room to make your routine more progressive, dynamic, and run-specific

•Each session begins with dynamic warm-up exercises and ends with flexibility, balance, and/or core training

•Variety in the workouts! The exercises will be progressive in terms of intensity and complexity

•Receive guidance in terms of workouts you can do on your own
1 person 10-session pack (paid in full) = $650 
1 person = $70 per session/hour
2 person 10-session pack (paid in full) = $500/each
