Programs & Fees
Only those individuals choosing the 3-month training program option will receive access to the Members Only page.
As stated in the waiver you will sign at the initial meeting, payment will be collected prior to receiving the first 3-month program.
2) Running 101 sessions
  •1 person = $70 per session/hour
  •2 people = $55 each per session/hour
3) Strength Training sessions
  •1 person = $70 per session/hour
  •2 or more people = $55 each per session/hour
  •1 person 10-session pack (paid in full) = $650
  •2 or more people 10-session pack (paid in full) = $500/person 
1) 3-Month Training Programs 
  •Initial 3-month program = $385 
  •Each successive 3-month program = $225
