In addition to the weekly track workouts with DC Running Coach, where you receive feedback on
your pacing and stride mechanics, this page is helpful to those that sometimes want to join the local group for a distance
run or harder workout.
Depending on where you
live, one of the following clubs should offer a track workout or relatively short run during the week, as well as a long run
on the weekends.
