How To Get Started

1.  Send an e-mail to Mike at: mike@DCRunningCoach.com
 
*include a brief statement about your background in athletics/exercise
*include a statement about what you hope to achieve by having a coach 
*include contact information 
 
2.  You will be contacted within 48 hours to establish some rapport and begin formulating a plan.  
 
3.  You will have an initial meeting with your coach to#:

a) outline how the training will progress throughout the year

b) obtain more detailed information about your background in sports/exercise and current dietary and nutritional habits, and 

c) review strength training techniques (if applicable), stretching protocols, running form, and baseline testing.  

 4.  You will receive the first 3 months of your Training Program!##

#At this time, you will read and sign a waiver.  If under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must be present and sign the waiver.

##You and your coach will agree upon the starting date of your program.
