2. You will be contacted within 48 hours to establish some rapport and begin
formulating a plan.
3. You will have an initial meeting with your coach to1:
•outline how the training will progress throughout the year
•obtain
detailed information about your background in sports/exercise and current dietary habits
•review strength training techniques, stretching protocols, running form, and baseline testing
4. You will receive the first 3 months of your Training

All other inquiries regarding personal training,
group track workouts, or group exercise sessions should be initiated with an e-mail briefly stating the goals and athletics/exercise
background of the individual(s), as well as desired days, times, and locations for the sessions.
