Running Coach will provide groups of co-workers and friends the option to receive formal instruction in group workouts.
•This option is open to any company, organization, or group of friends that trains together on a regular basis.
•The $30 fee from each participant will reserve your group 1 session each week for 4 weeks (a day, time, and location
will be agreed upon).
•The nature of the activities performed during the training session will be agreed
upon, but access to facilities and equipment will be a determining factor. Ideally, the sessions will largely be comprised
of a combination of various strength training exercises and cardiovascular workouts.
•Each session will begin with dynamic warm-up exercises and end with core training or flexibility training. •It is assumed the participants will be doing additional training throughout the week.
•Initial consultation to establish baseline fitness and review training goals
•Variety
in the workouts! The exercises will be progressive in terms of intensity and complexity.
•Guidance in relation to
workouts you can do on your own throughout the week, as well as practical advice on your dietary habits.
•Re-evaluation
of progress and goals at the end of each month
•No charge for initial contact/consultation.
