Training is an option for those interested in maximizing their time and achievements in strength training.
•This
option is also beneficial for the beginners who may be in need of more individualized instruction.
•The bulk
of the personal training session will be comprised of a combination of various strength training exercises and cardiovascular
workouts.
•Each session will begin with dynamic warm-up exercises and
typically ends with flexibility, balance, and/or core training.
•Initial
consultation to establish baseline fitness and review training goals
•Variety in the workouts! The exercises
will be progressive in terms of intensity and complexity.
•Guidance in terms of workouts you can do on your
own throughout the week, as well as practical advice on your dietary habits.
•Re-evaluation of progress
and goals at the end of each month
