You will receive feedback regarding your pacing
and intensity to ensure your training progresses, and you will also receive help in allocating each workout to a specific
day in your schedule to ensure it is feasible to adhere to the program.
DC Running Coach is typically not personal
training. The primary service provided is the design of an individualized training
program based on the principles of periodization, which is the science of altering training volume and intensity at various
points in the year in order to maximize fitness. A personal training option has been added to the services for those
interested.
