•Running 101 is an introduction
to the basic components of efficient running form, including the proper focal points while running.
•Sessions typically last an hour and
take place on a local track, where your form will be assessed while running at different speeds.
•Instruction
will also be given in dynamic warm-up drills, which improve running performance over any distance.
•The
sessions will conclude with an introduction to the very basic leg strengthening exercises that can be done to help running
form and endurance.
