•Following the principles of Periodization means VARIETY!!! Your training will
naturally vary in terms of frequency, duration, and intensity as the weeks and months progress. In addition, the specific
workouts and exercises you perform will vary throughout the year.
•All
services provided are grounded in science, which means there is no guess-work involved
when considering how to achieve your goals.
•With weekly track workouts,
distance runs, and group strength training workouts, you will have ample opportunity to work
1-on-1 with your coach.
•One of the benefits of racing is
that it allows both short-term and long-term goals to be easily implemented into your
weekly and monthly workout schedules.
•Your custom designed workouts will be based on your: current level of fitness, access to exercise facilities and equipment,
previous experience in exercise and sport, and current weekly obligations.
•Receive
a comprehensive weight lifting program to compliment your running/cardiovascular workouts.
Through weight lifting you will develop more muscle, lean tissue, strength, and power, as well as aid in injury prevention.
