3-Month Training Program

First 3-month program = $385
 Each Successive 3-month Program = $200

•Evaluation of current training/exercise routine
3-month running program (includes cycling workouts for triathletes)
3-month strength training program (not mandatory, but strongly encouraged)
Instructional sessions in running form, stretching, and core
Weekly track workouts (includes review of dynamic stretching and help with running form and pacing)
Weekend group distance runs (with occasional group bike rides)
Review of nutritional guidelines
Access to Members Only page and relevant training documents
Discounts (partnerships) with local running/cycling shops, massage & therapists, and more...
Review of year-round exercise/training principles
Planning of clear & measurable health/fitness goals
Baseline testing: body-fat, flexibility, strength, aerobic capacity
Critical re-evaluation of training progress every 3 months

Program Highlights 
Following the principles of Periodization means VARIETY!!! Your training will naturally vary in terms of frequency, duration, and intensity as the weeks and months progress.  In addition, the specific workouts and exercises you perform will vary throughout the year.

All services provided are grounded in science, which means there is no guess-work involved when considering how to achieve your goals.

With weekly track workouts, distance runs, and group strength training workouts, you will have ample opportunity to work 1-on-1 with your coach.

One of the benefits of racing is that it allows both short-term and long-term goals to be easily implemented into your weekly and monthly workout schedules.

Your custom designed workouts will be based on your: current level of fitness, access to exercise facilities and equipment, previous experience in exercise and sport, and current weekly obligations.

Receive a comprehensive weight lifting program to compliment your running/cardiovascular workouts. Through weight lifting you will develop more muscle, lean tissue, strength, and power, as well as aid in injury prevention. A stronger and more powerful athlete is a faster athlete!

Receive feedback on your running mechanics.

Receive information regarding basic human physiology and nutrition.  

Baseline testing, including a body-fat test, will aid in goal-setting and help measure progress throughout the year.

Sprint, agility, and power workouts are available for power athletes and team-sport athletes.

A personable relationship with your coach is vital to a successful training program.  You will have your coach's contact information for unlimited phone and e-mail interaction for questions about your training, or for the purposes of periodic meetings.

No charge for initial contact/consultation.

Program renewals are never mandatory.
