Running 101 sessions 
1 person = $70 per session/hour
•This is the original Running 101!  An introduction to efficient running form including the proper focal points while running

•Sessions typically last an hour, where your form will be assessed while running at different speeds.  Each session varies, as each runner is unique.  

•Meeting locations can be a local track or the Mall, or occasionally your own neighborhood.

•Instruction in dynamic warm-up drills, which improve performance over any distance (time permitting)

•Basic leg strengthening exercises to aid form and endurance can also be reviewed (time permitting)
